This was my first Thursday off. I was so excited to play with him outside. I grabbed our camera to capture the moment. I love to watch him explore! The next day he had little scratches on his arms and legs from the grass. He doesn't seem to mind them. He had so much fun playing with the dog and the rocks. Dad eventually come over and played with all of us on the grass. What a perfect moment!

Reflecting

My sweet boy is 10 months old. How the time flies. I was holding him yesterday thinking to myself how big he has gotten. When he was just a baby he fit so snug into my lap and now his legs hang off. He has gotten so fun. He learns so much. He can now drink out of a straw. And he plays hide-n-go seek. I couldn't find him on Saturday. I went running into the living room...no Carson. Then I ran down the hall toward the bathroom and he pops his little head out from behind the shower curtain with the biggest smile on his face! It was like he was playing peek-a-boo...He was so proud of himself, laughing and giggling. He also understands when he is in trouble and being sneaky. He goes into the laundry room just to splash and play in the animals water bowl. He is so cute. Paul went after him and said No Carson! Carson put his hands behind his back. So cute! Acting like he wasn't doing anything. I love his cute little personality. He is such a cute little boy! I can't wait to see what he does next....

Sweet Angel Baby

Paul was watching Carson the other day and took this picture. He looks like an angel sleeping. Such a sweet baby.

We took our first family vacation August 7th through the 17th! Such a long road trip! We were headed to Omak, Washington (near Canada). It took us 2 full days of driving. The first part of the trip was hard because the baby was really sick and cried the almost the whole time. We relaxed for several days in Paul's home town before leaving for Seattle. We got to visit the Seattle Aquarium and Farmers Market! The baby loved all the different fishes~he kept kicking his legs in excitement! We had a wedding to go to on Saturday so the rehearsal dinner was Friday night. It was Carson's first time in an Irish Pub LOL! Then we headed home and it took another 2 long days but it wasnt as bad going home~thank goodness! We stopped in Provo and hung out at 7 Peaks with the family for the day! We love the sun, wish the sun was out in Omak so we could have gone to lake. We were so happy to see both of our family's on this trip! Lots of fun pics and memories!
